Marta Karchnakova is an experienced linguist, recruiter, and project manager with a strong background in translation, cognitive testing, and education management. Fluent in multiple languages, she has worked with a diverse range of clients across industries. She is skilled in critical thinking, strategic outreach, and creative problem-solving, with extensive experience in project management. Her ongoing education in psychology and active participation in the Lifbee Innovation Incubator further enrich her leadership and problem-solving abilities. She is currently volunteering on the Satir Global Affiliates, Institutes and Membership Committee. She is committed to supporting strong global connections within the Virginia Satir Global Network® and fostering the growth of affiliates and institutes worldwide.
