This short course serves as an introduction to a teaching framework known as the Mandala. We will begin by delving into the history of the Mandala and examining its dimensions, along with their interconnected processes. Following this, we will explore how this concept relates to other ideas from the Satir model, illustrating the connections—what Satir refers to as how they "inter-digitate." Finally, we will apply this concept across a variety of contexts.

Learning Objectives:

1. Students will have and understanding of the Mandala as discussed by Virginia Satir. 
2. Students will see the connections between various Satir teaching ideas like the iceberg and the process of change and to deepen their understanding as it relates to their life. 
3. Students will underhand the idea of a universals and the human experience.
