Last month, a group of kindred spirits mostly from software development field joined the Satir Growth Model workshop by Jean McLendon and Hugh Gratz in the little red dot called Singapore. The 7-day internal course organized by Odd-e was attended by 20 participants from more than 5 countries. Through the passage of experiences, we’ve accepted centeredness, joy, unease, rage, appreciation, courage, sorrow, warmth, belonging, humanness and more. We are appreciative of Jean and Hugh who’ve helped us to be better selves, and spread the seeds for growth.
