Congratulations go to Kim Person, newly certified as a Satir Coaching and Mentoring Specialist!

Here is a little of her story:
She is a trained psychotherapist-counselor whose career path is unconventional in many ways. For the most part she has worked in government, non-profit agencies and schools but it has never quite fit for her. As she evolved as a professional, she longed for something that was missing in her career work.
Very recently when Kim became certified as a Satir Coach and Mentor, she received an offer to develop a video training program using Satir concepts for single mothers and their children living in shelters in Los Angeles, California. This was the opportunity Kim had long been waiting for and she wouldn’t pass it up. Coaching was definitely the missing piece!
So, with little reflection, she quickly loaded up her car and moved back to LA in order to fulfill her purpose, which is to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
After she moved back to LA, she received another offer to assist Sharon Loeschen with training a gang intervention staff in South Central Los Angeles.
Kim decided not to pass up this offer either because this is an area where there are great needs and the unconventional aspect of her career path would come to serve her well in this area.
