CONGRATULATIONS
to
KLAUS KLEIN

We are honoring Klaus Klein this week as he was given the unsung hero award at the Satir Institute of the Pacific’s twentieth anniversary and annual meeting, March 8th of this year.

Klaus is currently in private practice applying his knowledge of the Satir model. Prior to being in private practice, he worked for fifteen years in an alternative high school program called the “Take-A-Hike Program”.  It is an alternative program that incorporates extended multi-day camping trips into wilderness areas as a way of building confidence and raising self-esteem.

In every context whether in the classroom or out in the wilderness, Klaus used the Satir model as a way of connecting students with themselves, each other, and their families in new and positive ways.
