Satir Clinical Program at UNC Chapel Hill
Satir Global is excited to share with you the new Satir Clinical Program at UNC Chapel Hill website. www.satir.web.unc.edu
It includes all the information on the summer Satir Clinical Training, July 26th through August 1st. The all-inclusive price for hotel, meals, and all materials and training spanning 7 days, 6 nights with 44 credit hours is $2,400. Everything is included except airfare, and we’re open to a diverse group from all areas. Satir content knowledge is not required to attend. We’ve worked hard to make it logistically easy for people to attend, and are looking forward to having a great group for the inaugural UNC Satir Clinical Training.
There is a slightly adjusted price for locals (no hotel), and agencies sending multiple people. Please contact Erin Murphy, firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
**Early bird discount: $200 off!
This special runs through May 20th, or until sold out.
Putting More Pizazz in Your Life: Living Closer to Your Truth and Sense of Meaning
Coming this fall is a wonderful, and rare, opportunity for learning and growth for those in the helping professions.
Two internationally recognized therapists, Laura Dodson and Maureen Graves, will be leading a two-day intensive workshop at the beautiful Lake Junaluska Retreat Center, near Asheville, NC, Nov. 1-2, 2015, following the IHLRN Conference.
Laura and Maureen are the “dream team” of therapy as they have worked together for many years, facilitating the Satir Family Camp in California and leading trainings in Thailand for the past five years, being invited back again and again because of their impact!
Both are powerful in their own right as well. Laura, MSW, Ph.D., combines her knowledge of Satir, Jung, cultural issues and trauma issues to work with people around the world, especially in the former Soviet countries, where she has worked for the past 25 years.
Maureen, co-founder and director of the New Hope Alcoholism and Addiction Center for seventeen years, is known throughout the United States for having created a unique process of providing intensives for individuals. Therapists from across the country send their clients to her to work on a specific issue. It has proven to be a highly successful collaboration!
